“热弯事业部组建于2014年，是国内最早专业从事精密热弯机设备厂商，在手机盖板玻璃热弯机、车载玻璃热弯机、AR热弯机、HUD热弯机四大领域引领了行业的发展，并得到了国内众多客户的信任和选择。

成长经历

1、2014年8月--2015年11月，自主研发、设计、生产并成熟推出“RW”系列隧道式热弯机，设备实现销售100多条，并对于玻璃热弯有了较深刻的理解。 

2、2014年8月份起，持续研发、设计、生产并成功推出“JM”系列全自动精密3D玻璃成型机（手机盖板类）。其中JM-2000F全自动精密3D热弯成型机属国内细分行业的销售冠军。累积出货达1000多台。

3、2017年3月份起，针对车载显示屏的特殊应用市场，我公司率先研发车载曲面显示屏大型玻璃热弯机，并于2017年10月份成功生产国内第一台大型热弯机，填补国内空白。目前我司成熟的大型热弯机 “CZ”系列，经过将近5年的沉淀，具有高效、节能、稳定等特点。我们将持续围绕车载玻璃的行业痛点：高能耗、模具高成本、模具不通用等问题进行深度攻关，以引领行业发展。

4、2018年6月份起，应客户的需求，特别定制专属AR玻璃热弯的超精密设备，此设备在手机盖板玻璃的基础上，提高了玻璃温度、玻璃精度、表面质量等，属技术含量最高的一款精密玻璃热弯机。经过4年多的沉淀，设备已成熟、批量的应用于客户生产，为国内唯一的AR热弯设备生产商。

5，针对HUD光学镜片行业的高精度要求，在对玻璃精密成型各种因素的深度理解下，我们开发出超精密成型的热弯机，率先应用于HUD的光学成型领域。
